The annual Congregational Meeting has been scheduled for Sunday, January 20, 2008 immediately following worship. It is during this annual meeting that the new Elders and Deacons are elected, the prior year’s financial report reviewed, the proposed budget for the coming year is discussed, and reports for all committees are given. Everyone is welcome to attend, however, only members of the church are eligible to vote. If you are not officially a member of the church, we encourage you to attend the meeting. It is a good opportunity to learn more about the working of the church.

ATTENTION COMMITTEE ELDERS, DEACONS ETC......All reports for the Congregational Meeting need to be turned into Susan no later than Friday, January 11.
